July 1, 2026, starts the second year of the current five-year rate case. Fixed and variable charges are increasing, while legacy debt remains the same. These rates and fees were adopted in Resolution No. SCV-469 by the SCV Water Board of Directors on April 1, 2025, and will be in effect through June 30, 2030. The new rates will be: Variable Rate (Water Use Charge) $3.03/CCF for General Metered Service and $2.41/CCF for Recycled Service; Monthly Fixed charges are based on meter size and will be: 5/8”/$18.83, 3/4”/$25.99 (JTP $41.14), 1”/$40.31 (JTP $55.46), 1.5”/$76.10, 2”/$119.05, 2.5”/$140.52, 3”/$219.26, 4”/$362.43, 6”/$720.34, 8”/$1149.83, 10”/$1650.90, 12”/$3082.54; Dedicated Fire Service charges are standby or readiness charges based on meter size and will be: 3/4”/$4.70, 1”/$4.70, 1.5”/$5.05, 2”/$5.65, 2.5”/$7.80, 3”/$11.51, 4”/$24.84, 6”/$47.82. 8”/$82.38, 10”/$130.29, 12”/$180.60, 14”/$251.03, 16”/$349.63, 18”/$487.68, 20”/$680.94.
