SCV Water thanks all our customers for doing their part to save water during the Castaic Lake shutdown. We couldn’t have done it without you! During the December shutdown, you rose to the occasion. Together, we saved 77 million gallons of water (26% compared to previous water use), which ensured reliable supplies for our community. Please mark your calendars: From February 17-24, 2026, the California Department of Water Resources will conduct a second round of scheduled maintenance at Castaic Lake to complete pipeline repairs.
